Unfortunately this day didn’t go as planned. This was my 2nd event for a 15ñera. First one was on sept/2023 and it was with the previous owner that I never had and issue with. I thought my experience would be the same but due to new management it’s horrible. First they didn’t want to honor the contract that I had for unlimited keg beer until I showed them “proof” that the contract stated that. I did had a picture thankfully. Defintivamente una muy mala experiencia, de contrato este lugar para un evento de 300 personas, se contrato comida y bebidas atravez de ellos forzosamente ya que no nos dejaron llevar comida de fuera, a los 20 min se acabaron los vasos, solo pusieron 3 meseros para la cantidad de personas y no se daban a basto obviamente, tuvimos que repartir bebidas nosotros y la duena constantemente decia que era nuestra culpa que nosotros nos pedimos mas meseros, la comida se acabo y ni siquiera la mitad de la gente habia comido, cuando s... read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! MANAGER SUCKS VERY UN ORGANIZEDDD LAST MINUTE THE FOOD RAN OUT For “APPARENTLY 300 people” only 140 people were served, WE had to go pick up food from taco chinampa last minuteee, low staff (waitress, servers were very nice and hard working) , but manager very unprofessional, after the event was over she expected us to pay even more and leave tip for the waiters after the bad experience. tea ran out 1hr later the coke tastes super nastyy ,Not reccomenedddd find another place they will charge you exxtr... read more

Very disappointed, new management never responds. We spent good money for horrible service. Their Dj was terrible, spent half the night outside, slurred his words and couldn't understand his announcements.
