Terrible experience. Spoke with secretary on the 18th, was told that I could come and speak with a bail bondsman and the process was easy. Called on the 19th to advise them i was on my way because I leave in Columbus. That’s when the whole story switches . She said she has to call her bail bondsman first to see if he could meet us at the office . So 15 mins later the bail bondsman calls stated he would look my name up and quote on quote see if he could take my case . A hour pass and no response . I call them back that’s when... read more

After a bad experience with another Bonds business, I decided to call this place as my second choice. Based on past reviews. The prior place had 4.5, for reference while this one is at 5 currently. The person that answered the call, answered right away. I told him that I needed to bail my son out of jail on 3 misdemeanor charges. He asked for a name and after a short hold, mentioned that he was actually being released. I, fortunately, didn't have to use them but they were very kind and understanding. They were even willing to work with me financially. One of the staff members actually went out of his way to call me back to inform me of a court fee I knew nothing about. Overall, they put my mind at ease and made me feel like they cared. Thank you.
