Five Stars for Castle No price gauging. Family owned and operated. You’ll not find to many shops like this around They are truly a remarkable and they are so honest! Integrity is hard to come by nowadays because everyone wants to make money. Castle is definitely not a shop to pass up.
Back in February 13 2019 they installed my water pump. Efficient, honest, great price, friendly and courteous. I usually work on my own car but brought it here because of referral! I met the Owner & son and felt very comfortable and they did not give me run around! I have hard time trusting honesty n over pricing! Glad I came here!! Love this little shop!!! Brother and sister owned & operated. These are really good people. Always do good work, reasonable prices and done when he says it will be.
I've never experienced such bad customer service. I drove into the establishment hoping to inquire about getting my vehicle serviced. As I sat in my car, I noticed two workers engaging with another customer. One the service people kept looking my way but never once acknowledged me. I sat there waiting for them to finish up, as they finished up with that customer, they both looked at me and went into the garage as if I was invisible or didn't exist.
