Very friendly and helpful. I had taken my vehicle in for repair on my security system. Unfortunately it was so old and had shorted they could not repair. Castle Auto helped me choose a replacement option and install. They were so kind as they did charge me for the attempts to repair and even offered to come pick up my spare key for the new installation. They even found damage wiring, repaired if and didn't charge me. Supper easy to communicate with over phone and text. I highly recommend them!

Just got my Compustar Remote Starter installed by Brian today. This is a family run business on a lovely acreage near Sherwood Park. Brian does high quality work with all connections nicely soldered for reliability. He's got decades of experience doing the work as well. His daughter and wife are very efficient in administration and are gracious hosts while waiting for Brian to do his install. Highly recommend the Castle family.
10/10 recommend this family owned business to anyone! They helped me fix a problem that another mechanic had installed, fast easy, and kept me good company while it was getting fixed. Can’t show my appreciation enough :)
