I can’t say enough good things about this autobody shop! Even though I ultimately didn’t use their services, my experience was exceptional from start to finish. Chris and the receptionist were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. After hitting some debris on the 401, on our way to a funeral, our rear tire was shredded. Spent a over 1 harrowing hour waiting for a tow on a miniscule shoulder to get towed and almost getting hit. CAA recommended Castle Auto who's people were extremely accommodating, offering coffee and a place to de-stress. They even wanted to put our spare on to allow us to go to the funeral and come back to have the tire replaced. We wouldn't have had time and there'd be no seating left, so we gratefully declined. Where do I start ….Words can’t describe how satisfied I am with the work from Castle. I want to thank Chris and the team for doing a fantastic job on repairing my vehicle. The guys at Castle have been in the business for a long time, have lots and lots of experience, understand the small nuances that other shops may miss and really know their stuff. The shop came highly recommended from my mechanic. I drove my car over after having my entire front end ripped off at a gas station while I was filling up. The reception couldn’t have been better. Chris got the car rental company to pick me up, made a quote; towed the car up to the auto collision reporting center; handled the insurance claim and most importantly repaired the vehicle which had $10,000 in damages.
