Mark was super to work with - very friendly and troubleshooted the problem in no time. Called immediately to get a part which he picked up within two days, came out same day to install. Total cost for 2 visits and the part - $258. Sears had a minimum of $250 for the part and a $85 fee just to troubleshoot. Highly recommend Castle Appliance for the job.
