If you are selling your house and the buyer is going through Fred Duff, Queen City Mortgage, you would be extremely foolish to proceed with that deal. People seek financing thru Queen City Mortgage for a reason and if you are selling your property you will be drug into their mess. We were in a deal for over 2 1/2 months, signed 3 closing extension addendums, told false information and would still be waiting had we not ended this charade.
