I bought astock pot from this store. After installation, I turned it on and flames started shooting out (I even recorded a video of it). I called them immediately, and they initially said there would be a $250 restocking fee if I returned it. I agreed because I was too terrified to use it. They said they will talk to the manufacturer it's take a week they called back and refused the return, claiming I had already opened and used it. I called ahead and Will be there 10 min before closing time. When i got there they already close the store and saw the employee getting into his car. No respect for customer. Not recommended!
