Randomly found Castillo Carpet Shack and let me tell you. Chris was welcoming and had very great customer service . I had no clue what I was looking for and he was able to assist me !
Castillo’s helped us out with the floors during a reno at our office. They were flexible, easy to work with, and got the job done as quickly as possible. They even went out of their way to check with flooring reps to ensure we were buying the most durable flooring option for our healthcare office. Jr and Danny busted their butts to get the job done in a timely fashion. I would work with them again!
This should be the place you pick for your carpet and flooring. I'm so happy that I chose Carpet Shack. Vera was so informative and Chris was great to work with. They don't pressure you to choose right away. In fact, you can take home samples of flooring and carpet and keep them for 3 or 4 days while you decide. Then the installation came and the people that they have are very down to earth. They install as if it was there own home by making sure everything is done right.
