Definitely NOT professional, they made me waste my time twice giving me an appointment, when I arrived they said the notary wasn’t there, rescheduled me for next day and they didn’t respond at the office, knocking the door and calling them and nothing. So why give an appointment and not respond ? Don’t waste your time!!!!
