We did a full remodel with Castillo Remodeling. Framing, subfloor, drain lines, electrical works, everything was replaced. The new layout fits how we live now. This was real construction work, done professionally.
Because we cook and host a lot, we need a kitchen and dining area that could keep up, so we chose to extend the island and making it the center of the space. We went with a wide layout, concrete counters, and flush cabinets. The range was moved to the back wall, and the sink toward the windows. It’s clean, simple, and tough.
For our kitchen upgrade, we didn’t want something trendy. So, Castillo Remodeling guided us through simple, flat-front maple cabinets, a single slab of soapstone for the island, and a new window over the sink. We didn’t change the layout much, but every part was well planned. The vent also works well, and we love little things like under-cabinet lights and a pull-out spice drawer.
"Our main bathroom had no natural light and felt cramped. Castillo Remodeling came in on a remodeling agreement, added a small skylight, and reworked the floor plan to bring in brightness. They replaced the tub with a large walk-in shower and used light-colored tile to make the space feel bigger. They also added niches in the shower wall for storage. The job was done in about a few weeks, changing how the room looks and feels. We love it."
Lee helped us remodel the kitchen and dining area with three different floor levels. His crew handled it by redoing the subfloor and leveling everything out, which made a huge difference. The project included upgrading everything (cabinets, countertops, island and more) and expanding storage with a built-in pantry wall. They kept the design clean and straightforward, which was what we requested. Professional and efficient from start to finish.
