Greg helped us update a two-story home where the layout hadn’t changed in decades. We didn’t add space, but everything inside was redone. The team removed partition walls, widened openings, and added room continuity. We reworked one hallway upstairs to create a better entry into the main bedroom. Adam and Sammy's crew reframed the back of the kitchen and added support for a vaulted ceiling. They relocated the range, ran all new electric, and built in a large appliance wall. We also added an island with seating. The job was done right.
This was a full kitchen remodel, and we're grateful. We removed two load-bearing walls, added engineered beams, and reframed one side of the kitchen to expand the square footage. The expanded island runs nearly 11 feet long. The fridge and range were swapped on opposite sides, and the ceiling was leveled. Ductwork, electrical, and plumbing all rerouted. They got permits, managed subs, and kept the work moving. It’s a proper transformation.

We tore out everything in the old master bath and started fresh. Jake had to move two walls, upgrade the show, vanity, floor, and plumbing, and install new features. He stayed on schedule and passed all inspections clean. It was a great remodel.
