Briesida was absolutely amazing. The last 2 weeks prior to closing didn’t go as planned and she handled it amazingly. Her commitment to her clients is hard to find now days. She was with us all the way until the end. Highly recommend using her.
The reason I am giving a full five star review is so you can see my experience. After purchasing a house from a seller she represented we had a signed contract to state her client would pay half to pay repairs. Come a month after closing he still DID NOT and WE had to pay his part! When asking her to make sure he would hold up his end of the deal she said “thats on you and him there’s nothing I can do.” Very sad we did everything they asked us to and they got one over on us.
