FRAUD! The one star is because I booked a king, the air conditioning was broken, how was that my fault? They should have made sure the room was ready. It was late at night and very hot, I had to physically get the night manager taking repeat attempts, that office is not open all night. He couldn't fit it. They moved me to a queen, said they'd adjust the price for inconveyence, a smaller bed and that wasn't our contract, but didn't do that. This place is decent, and in a nice location (still overpriced). The manager is incredibly rude and inhospitable. We asked what time we could check in and he said “I don’t know”. He also rudely refused to make space to hold any of our bags (not even a purse or backpack), after his staff ensured us over the phone that we could. He didn’t apologize, or make any effort to help us at all.
