Receptionist unprofessional!! Called as soon as they opened hoping to get someone to the house to fix the issue or at least look at he issue, she said I sent them a txt. I called after lunch she said I haven't heard back and haven't seen anyone all day, like she could care less. Wouldn't want her answering phone calls for my business if she's not willing to help bring in business.
Castillo came out and looked at everything before giving me a quote. When they came to install, they brought a three man crew to get it all done quickly. They put in a system that is much more efficient than the old one and my house feels amazing.
