9-6-26. This is a new evaluation for Castillo heating and Air. Unit went out over Labor Day Weekend. Contacted Castillo Heating and Air. Responded quickly and gave a time they would come. Chilo came as schedule and with in 30 minutes everything was fixed. This is a great company who specializes in custom service. Use them you will not regret. I give them a 5/5.

We recently worked with this team to address an indoor air quality issue in our space, specifically elevated CO₂ levels due to limited ventilation. They installed a fresh air ventilation system, and the results have been excellent. Before the upgrade, our CO₂ levels were frequently peaking around 1000+ ppm. Called 3 times and each time they've come out all they do is vacuum. Repeatedly told them the heater stays on 68/69 and no problem has been fixed. Now we're in a snow storm and it still has not gone above 68.
