Dr. Castillo refuses to talk to patient regarding his diagnosis with family in room., even with patient consent and HIPAA release. Patient specifically asked Castillo to explain diagnosis. Instead, Castillo insulted my sister who was there with my parents. Told her she was nobody and to never come back. Our family is very concerned about our father's health. Great place and nice people
Very upset with the way things were handled with my mother. We went to see Dr. Castillo to get results from a biopsy that she had a few days earlier. He told us that she could be dead within a week then said he would be admitting her to the hospital indefinitely. She was released by him the next day and said she was only put in because she was dehydrated which was never mentioned the day before. He caused a lot of anxiety, stress, and confusion that could have been avoided. Really needs to think about how he delivers bad new... read more
