All the doctors are super great, the best of the best. They must have hired some new young unexperienced staff very young, indeed and everything has changed In a pretty bad type of way. Even my doctor’s assistant was a bit dodgy the last time I went there. I do recommend the doctors very highly because they are amazing! Just get rid of those girls. I have been coming here for years and I am very happy with their service. Just wished you didn’t have to wait so long after your scheduled appointment time. Hard to do in between work.
: Amazing doctors—very professional, caring, and polite. The entire staff is wonderful, and I highly recommend this practice. The doctors are thorough, knowledgeable, and truly among the best. I did have one unfortunate experience on August 31, 2026, that I feel I need to mention. Dr. Torres’ assistant was not very respectful toward me. I had called the office and left a message, and when I explained this, I was told that I had never called. Arrived an hour early to fill out new patient forms. 20 minutes after my scheduled time I asked how many people were ahead of me as I heard the staff say the provider I was scheduled with was super behind & told 2. Front Desk was aware the provider was about 45 minutes behind & did not notify me at check in. I understand providers run behind but as a new patient I saw the lack of care and communication they have with patients . I had to Walk Out, very unprofessional.
