DR CASTILLO, I am filing a formal complaint against your practice: I’m fed up with how your office treats me: I have requested for three days my inhaler and Flonase to be refilled. I had a telemedicine call with dr blanco last week and she said she would send over an iron script which I have yet to receive. Dr. Castillo & Dr. Torres I’ve been my primary care physicians for years now! What they offer is concierge services where is 💯% patient service skills?! let’s face it. I’m not a doctor, patience, extraordinaire. Both doctors explained the procedures to me in layman terms. The front office was extremely helpful and I am not easy to deal with to be honest. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 they are fabulous so let me💕💕💕💕💕💕 #ConciergeServices🦋
I NEVER write reviews...EVER! I am taking my time today to write this one , even thought I feel very sorry for people that works there!...in general I was very happy with this Dr office. Even thougt time is absurde...you wait a longggggg time there so be prepare! The worst was when my husband was charge TWICE for a service! So they didn't charged him for the anual BUT they charged him for the presciption??? EVER EVER I was charged twice!
