Castille Urbana has to be one of the best additions to Downtown Saint Petersburg. The staff is extremely helpful when there are concerns about my condo. My favorite bar and restaurants are in walkable distance so no need for Uber!
Update: After living in my new condo for a month, the developer has not been easy to work with, I believe mostly due to poor communication and processes. The noise from the elevator machinery is loud, even to the point that it wakes me up, and the developer been resistant and slow to resolve punch list items.
