I’ve been living here for over 4 years. It’s a gated complex which makes me feel safe having my kids here. Management is wonderful. They’re helpful and great at communicating with their tenants and they have great maintenance service. It’s also well kept and cleanly.
If you're looking for a welcoming, well-maintained apartment in a friendly community, this place is exceptional. Having lived nearby for eight years, I’ve had the chance to watch this building flourish, and it’s clear it’s one of the best-managed in the area. The community here is equally wonderful, with friendly neighbors who look out for one another, and regular events that help everyone stay connected. The building itself is spotless and well-kept, with amenities and common areas that are frequently updated and clean. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate having such a great place nearby. It’s rare to find a place where everything feels just right, but this one truly does. Highly recommended!
I been living here for almost 6 years never have a problem, I have small kids and they like it here, is a well maintained place with nice people and manager.
