Nice atmosphere, service wasn't bad, decent grouper fingers appetizer, but the entrees were mediocre at best. Seemed like an overpriced hotel restaurant.
Charged more than menu prices and would not refund. Said it was a typo on the menu. Charged $36 for Salmon, not $32 as stated on the menu and would not refund the difference.
So very disappointed that we were overcharged for two of the meals. When we called to have it corrected they said that the menu was wrong therefore too bad for us. Unfortunately I will not be able to recommend this restaurant to any of my friends or anyone coming on holiday here.
Decided to try the do over of this place as we have fined often at the previous version. Selections were prepared and presented well although the service was a little slow. That was not an issue for us as we were in no rush. The setting is very nice. One caution though and something I am not pleased about is that the price billed for one entree we ordered was more than that posted to the restaurant's online menu.....that's not a good practice and makes one feel like they got ripped off.
So we booked a table for a Valentines Dinner, thinking it is a legit restaurant. Several days before the event, they emailed us stating that they are enforcing a buffet menu, rather than their regular menu. Okay. Problem is it is $75 per person. But when we show up, we realize it's also an additional 20% service fee on top of $150 for dinner for two, where we had to go grab our food ourselves, after waiting in line for very slowly refilled food trays.
