Caster Solutions was the only company I could find that could help me find the right casters for my school chairs storage carts. It needed to fit under a stage and needed to be a certain height and have a high weight capacity. Once I gave them the measurements they were able to provide me with the right casters for the job and they have been working great ever since. I have to replace some more of my storage carts, so when I do, I will definitely use Caster Solutions again.
We thought it would be hard to find unique wheels that we need for our equipment. But the customer service at caster solutions was so outstanding and they were able to help is find exactly what we needed plus more. The great customer service i got here is something that is hard to find elswhere. I feel like the cost almost doesnt matter when everything els is such high quality.
These guys have the knowledge and experience to help you with any type of caster needed! I'm so thrilled with how quiet my tool cart rolls across the shop now. Thank you!
I received great caster use assistance and super service. I was building a heavy custom piece of furniture. I ultimately ordered four low-profile dual-wheel heavy duty casters.
