If they stock it you'll be fixed up. If they don't stock it don't waste your time. Poor communication skills and follow through, they don't call you when they say they will, they don't order when you tell them to. 3 weeks for four casters, unacceptable. Ace Casters in Dallas fixed us up on the spot, not 3 weeks with equipment down.

Ordered 3 WindyCity Hauler Pro Dollies with 5" Gray Wheels/1000lb capacity for event and equipment work. One arrived defective, but the company responded quickly and immediately arranged a replacement and return without any hassle. The other units are solidly built, sturdy, and perform well for moving heavy gear. Great customer service goes a long way, and they handled the issue professionally. Highly Recommended!

Great Industrial supply company that offers products from manufactures at Awesome pricing. When I ask questions about their products, they have answered promptly and have been a real problem solver when in a pinch! Highly recommend!
