ZORO shipped CASTER HQ casters and provided the wrong tracking. spent HOURS trying to figure out WHERE our casters were to get them for a TIME critical job. whoever answers the phone at CASTERS HQ is NOT helpful and said they couldn't help without CASTER HQ order even though i had the shipping address, part number and order date. couldn't see to get past the receptionist to anyone who knew anything. won't ever buy their casters again

I have 6 tables in my tortilla factory rolling on lockable casters from CastersHQ. One of the wheels started to peel the PU covering a few weeks ago, so I sent a picture and an email, and the crew promptly sent out a replacement. (I was within the one year warranty) I am happy with the product, and the customer service! Even with the holidays they made it a priority to get me taken care of.

Great place to get good castors. I recently bought a lift table and the castors that came with it broke within a week of using it. I went down to their store where Ethan helped me get a new set of castors and wheels that matched the originals but with a higher load rating.

Placed a relatively minor order w these folks. Had a question that I sent in on the weekend, not expecting a response until they opened on Monday. In less than an hour, the owner responded personally! Who does that anymore? They then followed up with creating and sending me a personalized video on how to do something at my end. Crazy great customer service for a $77 order. KUDOs to Castor HQ!
