We had high expectations for this Italian restaurant, and it completely delivered. The Cacio e Pepe was prepared tableside with real theater. The spaghetti was perfectly tossed in a fresh, silky cheese sauce with just the right amount of black pepper, then finished with a elegant drizzle of truffle oil.
