Extremely unhappy with my breast augmentation. Went in with severe unevenness and came out of surgery with even more unevenness but on the opposite side. Doc event said “Well now your opposite one side is uneven, but if you want implants down the road, come back and visit us.” Seems like they did it on purpose to get more business and more money down the road and don’t actually care about the outcomes and happiness of their clients. Dr. Castellano did an amazing job on my breast augmentation — I’m so happy with the results. Nadine and Mary are the best for Botox and filler, and Carol is the only person I will see for any laser treatment. The front desk is always so welcoming, and Pam, the practice manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and always available to help. I would highly recommend them!

I am disappointed with the outcome of my breast augmentation and lift especially after consulting with other reputable surgeons. I was left with uneven and jagged incision areas and scarring, with noticeable asymmetry. My nipples are now different sizes, and the right breast never properly settled in the pocket. I had a great experience getting liposuction 360 here as well as chin lipo. Dr. Castellano did a great job. I was already on the thinner side, but my results look great. I also go here for lip filler and Botox with Mary and she’s great. Lovely place.
