The guy flipped out and told me he didn’t want to do buisness with me when I put my car in the wrong place. Do not come here, the guy is very rude and if you do one thing wrong he will flip out on you. I’ve never seen this level of disrespect from a shop.
Worked very quickly to get the car back to me, and the work was pristine. They went above and beyond from intake to picking up the car. Absolutely the best!
I’ve been bringing my cars to Castelana‘s for a few years now and I’ve always been thoroughly with the workmanship and service. My most recent fender bender required special attention & hard to find parts. Johnny and the guys at Castelana‘s said no problem and did exactly what needed to be done to get my car back together. And on top of that when I picked up the car, it was detailed and cleaned to perfection. I’m definitely a customer for life at Castelana’s auto body.
I got into a car accident a few months ago and didn’t even know where to start. After getting an estimate from my insurance company I started calling around but nobody would help me with flexible deductible payments, I don’t remember his name but the lovely ginger man at the front accommodated both me and my grandma.
