Fabulous - we had an issue and they took care of it, fairly and quickly. I will never use a different travel agency.

We used them for a bliss cruise. The actual cruise was awesome. We booked another cruise while we were at sea. Unfortunately, their incompetent and unorganized agent booked us for the wrong cruise. We tried to change our trip back but they couldn’t get us a room on the cruise that we wanted because they were sold out. Castaways ended up keeping $700 and told us they were sorry.
