Wonderful staff, very dog friendly. The food was amazing, we got the steak for two and took some home. The green beans were well seasoned, the steak was so flavorful and tender. My kids made us promise we would go back before we even left!
My husband and I went here last night for dinner. It’s nestled up a nice road, away from downtown life. The waitress was kind, and accommodating. Service was prompt. We ordered steaks, mine the 16oz ribeye and he ordered the porterhouse. The steaks both had a lot of gristle. They were pan fried, and lacked luster. The port house almost looked boiled. A well-known restaurant that newbies have heard of but maybe never have tried because it's not out on the main strip....which is another reason this makes the place a hidden gem, with great food! It's family by generations too....memories made from your Grandpa, then your mom and now you to share with your kids to stop by and not just share food, but community. Don't let the name fool you to be "cast away" - it's "mainstay"!
