Don t understand the other reviews. Bought a boat from these folks and they are the best dealer I have ever dealt with. I bought the least expensive boat they sell and they treat me like I bought the most expensive. Both sales and service departments are top notch.
Beware.......I bought a boat package (boat,motor and trailer) from these guys and got screwed....They promised a full tank of gas.ONLY got a half a tank. They gave a cheaper trailer than what they promised.. They were going to have the manager call about the problems and haven t heard a word....I have told alot of people to stay away from this place...If anyone reads this from Castaway you know who I am so call me but I know you will not, You have my money and don t care.....
Sales guys were very pushy. They did not know anything about the boat. When I asked if a boat is supposed to run 200 degrees F the guy just said yeah (Found out later it sould really be close to 160). Garanteed me there was nothing wrong with the boat. Overall not helpful or friendly at all. Had the boat for three weeks now and put over \$900 into it already and I am only half way done. I still think I got a good deal on the boat, but it was wildly risrepresented. Not the way I like to do business. Would never go back.
