Very satisfied with my service. I've traveled all over the country and it's rare to find people like this. My car broke down over the pass, within a half hour they had a flat bed truck towing me to the shop. Edmond was very professional and handled everything like a champ. He even gave us a ride to our hotel! Raffi the mechanic went the extra mile and fixed my car the next morning. He had us back on the road before noon. Raffi was amazing! Very informative and willing to take the time to explain what was broken. The cost to fix my car was fair and i would definitely recommend them!!!

The receptionist is extremely disrespectful and condescending. There are other tow companies.... I don’t need a jerk when I’m stranded on the I-5.

Our car broke down in the middle of crossing crossing the Grapevine. We got towed back to Castaic and they were fast and helpful with us to get us back on the road asap. Thanks!!

One of my tires popped going through the grapevine. When I called in and asked if they could replace a tire for me, the man on the phone said the mechanics shift was over. However, the mechanic said he would stay open for me. He stayed an hour after he was scheduled in order to help me out. I believe his name was Raffi. I really appreciate his generosity. Thank you!
