Won’t accept a gift card that has their restaurant name and logo on it. Poor business model. Additionally they never answered the phone after calling multiple times.
Not awful, but will definitely go somewhere else next time we are in Roanoke. Service was poor. Although we were seated quickly and waters came fast, we waited about 15 minutes to order food; We could see our server walking around, but she never looked back in our direction. It wasn't that busy while we were there. I was wanting to order an appetizer as well, but we were ready to eat and just ordered our meals by the time she returned to us. I had the filet. This is our 3rd visit to cast. I will not go back to eat. We both ordered burgers. They came out of a box. They tasted like cardboard. It was the most flavorless meal ever. The price 47.00. We will not be back to eat. My husband got the twice baked potato. Cold potato not twice baked. It is as if these people have no idea of the food they are serving. Terrible meal, once again.
Came in with my family of 4 and sat down, was our first time coming. I get Cast though work for lunch-ins ( I work at Vistar Eye Center but after this experience i wont be recommending this to our drugreps anymore) the waitress sat us down and she then just sat behind the bar socializing with another co worker and blaintly ignoring us. We sat and waited for 15 mins with making eye contact with her and everything but she wouldn't even come take our order (intentionally).
