Over 20 years ago, a landscaper installed several Cast Lighting fixtures in my yard. Recently one fixture stopped working due to normal wear. It is of such great quality that I wanted to repair, not replace it. After a local company failed to repair it, I contacted Cast directly. My call was directed to Mitch who advised me to ship the fixture to Cast. I did so and they repaired and returned the fixture to me in proper working order. Volt Lighting is much better and is priced right. Cast is way too expensive.
I just had the most pleasant interaction with the staff at CAST Lighting. I stopped by with a faulty LED low voltage ground light that probably had a loose seal that lead to water damage to the lamp. The owner didn't hesitate to swap out my light that was purchased through a contractor over a year ago. I was given the newest upgraded LED ground light. I was told that the new light would be a replacement under full warranty. The owner then took his time to go over the features of the light. Thats not it, he then went back to ... read more
