We had such a great experience working with the team at Cast Iron Elegance! The scheduling team was patient and responsive, working around some challenges with another exterior project we had going on. Jon came out to do the estimate and was super helpful and friendly. The installation was scheduled a couple of weeks later and that crew was amazing, too! We are so happy with our new porch railings. First class operation across the board. Thank you all so much!
Met with the owner on site and priced multiple jobs. Got numbers back in a quick time frame and we selected two jobs to proceed with. Spoke with the owner on the phone and gave me a three week turnaround on our projects and that he would be out that week to measure again. Owner never returned to confirm measurements and our 3 week timeline elapsed. An outstanding experience from first contact through installation. We needed a railing added to steps in the garage for safety. We were cared for by professional staff at each phase of the project. Swapped outdated wood balusters for new metal. Surprisingly the price of all new metal, beautifully finished and installed by Cast Iron Elegance was cheaper than just changing wood to wood. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. Their responsiveness, transparency as to what the product will be and in what time (long wait) was super good. Recommend them to everyone!!
Great experience! We hired Cast Iron Elegance to install a long railing along our front yard walkway and asked that they also install some brackets for us to put in a secondary handrail. They did a great job at this customization. Their crew was very professional and super nice and accommodating, making sure they set the secondary handrail brackets at the right height for my elderly mother who lives with us. The railing is beautiful and we're extremely happy with the experience.
