We had such a great experience working with the team at Cast Iron Elegance! The scheduling team was patient and responsive, working around some challenges with another exterior project we had going on. Jon came out to do the estimate and was super helpful and friendly. The installation was scheduled a couple of weeks later and that crew was amazing, too! We are so happy with our new porch railings. First class operation across the board. Thank you all so much!
Met with the owner on site and priced multiple jobs. Got numbers back in a quick time frame and we selected two jobs to proceed with. Spoke with the owner on the phone and gave me a three week turnaround on our projects and that he would be out that week to measure again. Owner never returned to confirm measurements and our 3 week timeline elapsed.
