We recently hosted a rehearsal dinner for our wedding and Cast Iron came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Their pre-event communication was excellent - we had a lot of phone calls about selecting a menu that fit my wife and I, they supplied plenty of options and even let us choose tres leche as our dessert from their pastry chef because that's my wife's favorite. This catering company is unprofessional, the staff stink of cigarettes and many of the staff has poor hygiene. The owner/head chef is all over the place like he is high on something and the staff is clueless on customer services and interaction. When I looked up the company I discovered that they have major major tax issues and should have been shut down a long time ago because they fudge above the money they bring in and the staff that they have. Total red flags.
