Been a member here for over 3 years now and it is unbearably hot in there every summer, the AC just happens to be out, wonder where my money is going. Too many of the employees ignore you as you walk in, plus their knowledge on YMCA programs is not great. Equipment is old, but can get the job done. Sometimes wonder if I should travel to Monett.
The place is clean, equipment is good, but everytime a lady named Cheyenne works, they open 10 to 15 minutes late, no coffe gets made and she sits there reading a books, and never greets the guests. Employees will make or break a business!
It was so nice there me and my daughter had so much fun the coach for tumbling is so kind and funny so I recommend going there to work out or play
Sage and Kinzey were very helpful Knowledgeable and professional and very patient to answer all my questions!!! Made me feel welcome and very personable So thankful Cassville has them working here.
