CONDESCENDING. I stopped in just browsing. I need a Murphy bed and I didn't expect them to have one, but I asked anyway just in case they had a vendor who sold Murphy beds. The salesman working there turned his nose up and said why don't you get a sofa sleeper that's much better than a Murphy bed. I told him it was for a small home office and I didn't have room for a sofa bed. Cassona is my favorite furniture store in Chicago. The owner and staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The selection is unique, sophisticated, and at the same time reasonably priced. Great quality of products and they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want. I bought a couch from them which I had for 10 years and it looked amazing. I went in to get a sofa cushion upholstered. I was impressed with the variety in fabrics, plus they went online to give me even more option once we’ve narrowed down what I was looking for. Everyone was very helpful
