Last week I had a brake line go.I went over to Cassman’s n talked to the mechanic about the brakes.He said he was slammed with work but if I wanted to leave my # he’d get back to me.Well on Tuesday he called n by today it was fixed at a reasonable price.Its my new automotive shop!
I have had my vehicle fixed at Cassman Auto a few times, but this time they knocked it out of the park! After being aggressively sold extra jobs by another shop on 23, they diagnosed and fixed the car for $100 less. When the issue returned, they addressed it the second time at no charge since the problem was different than we initially thought. They now have a customer for life. Being transparent and honest is important in a mechanic, and you can rest assured they are both!
