Went to Dr. Cassis for my husband. We took are 2yr old granddaughter with us. Itwas almost 90 outside. His wife didn't like it she said she was making to much noise. I say was to hot in the car she ask did we air conditioning in the car. Will never go back.
I was a patient of Dr. Cassis years ago. As long as you have money you will be ok. I got cancer and had medical bills and had to miss work. I didn't get paid for the days I had to miss work. When I couldn't pay my copay for a visit they rescheduled me. When I couldn't afford to come to that appointment I was sent a letter telling me my case was being "reevaluated" . Soon after I received a letter telling me I needed to find another doctor. If you have small children don't take them with you to your appointment. If they make ... read more

I cant't speak for Dr. Nicholas quality as an endocrinologist, but his staff, which represent him, are dismissive and unresponsive. I was referred by my GP for a consultation on a potentially serious condition. I filled out and returned a new patient packet along with relevant labwork and information. After a week I called to verify they'd received the documents, which they had. I was told they'd get back to me in a couple of days for scheduling.
