Dr. Cassis was wonderful, also has a motherly bedside manner which helps to reduce the fear during delivery.
If a person could give a zero a person would! The receptionist is the most rudest and nasty person ever, she should take a course how to be nice and understanding of patients that come to this clinic. The receptionist should be terminated!! There is no need to holler at a person and treat the person with such disrespect!
Dr cassis sent me for an ultrasound to see if I have endometriosis (which apparently is not how you test for it). When nothing was found on the ultrasound, of course, she still prescribed me meds for it. My body did not agree with the meds. The receptionist told me to keep taking them your body needs to get used to it, so I did, which was not enjoyable, and gave me permanent side effects. I am so unimpressed with this clinic's receptionist. The doctor was very kind when I saw her but the receptionist did not relay any of my questions back to the doctor once I went for testing. I kept getting told to go see my family doctor for the rest of my questions. The receptionist told me she couldn't answer my medical questions because she wasn't a doctor.
