Brought my 17 year old cocker for a few days there in mid oct . He was walking perfectly fine me when I received him a few days later he wasn’t able to walk and now I will Have to put him down. They won’t tell Me how he injured himself . I was also told That he was brought home by a staff member which is not their company policy . I will never bring my pets there again. They shouldn’t have allowed my older dog there if they couldn’t take care of him correctly. The staff there are lazy and unprofessional .

I just wanted to put in a positive review, simply because when we chose them several years ago, I was really hesitant due to some negative reviews. Honestly, they have always been extremely accommodating and very easy to deal with. We use them every time we go somewhere.

I had high hopes for this facility due to good reviews and a personal recommendation. Sadly, I was very underwhelmed and in planning another trip, the thought of boarding my dogs here gives me anxiety. None of the issues alone would have made me write a negative review online, but put all together, and adding to them the complete non- response to my telephone call following pick up, I was prompted to do so.
