Cassie not only assisted closing on my house, but she turned around and SOLD it for me! This girl has went above and beyond, taken time out of her everyday & has been SO patient with me. Cassie is the best realtor i have had! She is so caring, and very knowledgeable and if she dont know she will find out or will put you in touch with someone who does. She helped us find the perfect new house and then helped us sell our current house! It was over a year from start to finish but she never rushed us!
Highly recommend!! Cassie Garamella was awesome! She advised correctly at every turn…from pricing the house so we had a bidding war, to how to stage the house for the best effect . Her marketing plan brought in over 95 (yes….95) groups of people into our home. We were amazed by her and the entire Jeri Sewell team. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
