Cassie creates a safe and welcoming space and started the massage with a grounding frame drum to enter into the experience. Cassie has wise hands bringing together massage and energy work for healing. I felt like I was in the ocean deep, so peaceful, calm and relaxed. Thank you Cassie for an amazing massage!
Cassie is a very intuitive bodyworker who has a special skill in massaging people in a way the puts them into a trance. The long, gliding touch w/ a very consistent kind of rhythm and pressure dropped me into a lovely deep calm. I would absolutely recommend Cassie for anyone looking to relax and allow their mind and body to become very quiet, restful, and peaceful.

In late summer I was experiencing serious shoulder pain that woke me up in the middle of the night and prevented me from enjoying physical activity. Receiving an integrative massage from Cassie helped me get back to being able to move my body in the ways I love to do. Cassie listened deeply to my issues and customized the massage accordingly. She even showed me a movement stretch to do at home, which has been an essential tool for my well-being. I highly reccomend her and I will be booking again soon!
