In late summer I was experiencing serious shoulder pain that woke me up in the middle of the night and prevented me from enjoying physical activity. Receiving an integrative massage from Cassie helped me get back to being able to move my body in the ways I love to do. Cassie listened deeply to my issues and customized the massage accordingly. She even showed me a movement stretch to do at home, which has been an essential tool for my well-being. I highly reccomend her and I will be booking again soon!

Cassie is a wonderful person and an expert at massage. She is extremely intuitive and can offer insights into your mobility issues. She has worked out several issues I’ve had from athletic injury and overuse which has allowed me to continue moving comfortably and participating in my favorite sports.
