I reached out to Cassie awhile back because I have a really good family friend in San Diego that needed to sell her duplex. That home posed such a challenge for my friend/her client due to the nature of the rental property. Whenever I initially called Cassie to see if we would be good to work together she had answered all my questions, exceeding my expectations! She responds quickly, very considerate, patient, and very informative when it comes to buying and selling real estate. She has helped my family with multiple transac... read more

Writing a review about Cassie is easy… There is honestly no one else who will fight harder for you while also making sure you’re making the right decision. Cassie is not only an incredible real estate agent but an incredible person! We’ve had the honor of having multiple real estate transactions with her including 3.5 this year! She seems to make finding properties easy. It’s a gift!!! I’ve snagged 2 right under her that she didn’t even have to list. Another one she excitedly found for us before I saw the listing. And she co... read more
I want to take a moment to give a shout out for my amazing friend and impressive realtor, Cassie Bedore at Coldwell Banker West. My husband, Erick Prado, and I had the pleasure of working with Cassie as our real estate agent when purchasing our new dream home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. I've known Cassie for over 20 years—we were friends long before we worked together in real estate—and she exceeded every expectation throughout the entire process. From the moment I told her about a house I found on a rea... read more
Cassie is absolutely amazing! I was terrified and stressed about the sheer volume of things I needed to do to sell my home, and having moved away and not being around to do things myself made it even worse. Cassie did so much I didn't have to worry or stress and my vacation that happen to fall in the middle of escrow wasn't ruined by anxiety. Thank you so much Cassie for being outstanding!
