Everything was amazing! Everyone was super welcoming and kind. They didn’t talk down to me or try to sell me more than I needed. I’m so happy that I decided to come to them for a second opinion besides saving me tons of money they were super fast and did an amazing job! Thank you all!
I normally get my oil changed at another chain but heard great things about Cassidy so I decided to give them a try and I was NOT disappointed! Top notch service, welcoming atmosphere, great prices and the customer service was on point. My teenage was even impressed. I will definitely be back for my tire and oil change needs in the future. -Dorothy
The office staff was friendly. The work was performed in a timely manner. But a couple issues I had they broke the tire sensor valve stem which they replaced. Also when peeling the tire off the rim they left marks on rim still trying to get them off .

went to cassidy for a wheel alignment on Friday, they had my truck up in the air and back to me within the hour. They told me what i need to repair/replace before I can get the alignment, and didn't charge me anything for that situation. so I fixed what i needed to, went back to cassidy tire best one .
