6/5/26 - I went in for an alignment and they told me they couldn’t do a full alignment because my 2 rear upper control arms were shot and had to get them replaced. They charged me $100. I took their word and went to another repair shop. The other repair shop told me that I don’t need my control arms replaced and just need a full alignment. If Cassidy Tire couldn’t do the alignment because a bolt was too tight, they could’ve said so.
