RecommendedArlington Heights location Had a bad tire on my trailer, my shop manager called Cassidy to let them know I would be bringing my truck/trailer (semi 70 ft vehicle) by to have a tire replaced on the trailer. When I arrived Tyler and the other gentleman working greeted by name! (I’m sorry but I did not get his name) The tire that needed replaced was an inside tire so I figured I would be there for at least an hour if not two. Thanks to the guy in the front desk to send me to buy my tire to Lucas car service tires and repair a block away from Cassidy tire & Sevice, I was dealing to wait the 2 hours he said I have to wait, but he suggested me with his words and attitude that in Lucas they would do better sevice, even when I mentioned that I want a buy a tire from him cause a flat tire
