Good Experience My experience with Cassidy Properties was wonderful. When I walked into the showing of my would-be apartment, it was love at first sight. Very small, but efficient and perfect for my needs. The buildings in Burlington in general are horrifying but this house was well maintained with new electrical panels and meters. RENTERS BEWARE Apartment was overpriced - Falling apart. Charged for many of the damages that existed when we rented the apartment. Water leaks, clogs, drawers hanging off the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. We were even charged for things like sticker removals for a sticker of someone else's family that was in the bathroom before we got there. I sent landlords rent early with a post marked check and a HUGE note that asked them to hold until time to cash... They cashed them...I got over $400 in overdraft fees and they ... read more
slum landlords I rented for two years with this management . they never fixed anything , charged misc. fees , stole one of my appliance accessories , charged me for when they did come to fix something even if it wasn't my fault . rude and very greedy . the apartments were unsanitary
Terrible, Terrible Experience If you see a listing by them, walk away. They seemed nice enough at our first apartment showing. The apartment was nothing spectacular; no utilities included, barely large enough for three people but cheaper than anything else we had looked at. Five months later when we moved in it looked like no one had been in to turn over the apartment.
