I was impressed with the short wait time in the lobby and pleased with the pleasantness of the staff. I believe Dr. Koonce to be exceptional in his seeking the details of my issues and he was patient and kind in answering all of my questions and wasted no time scheduling me to address my issues. Dr koonce takes time to make sure I fully understand my upcoming procedure and the details. He didn’t rush me through the appointment and took time with me. He has a good bedside manner and that’s very important to me
Dr. Koonce is a great surgeon. He is the BEST! He did a wonderful job on my colon surgery. He also took the time with me for any and all questions and concerns that I had. He made me feel very comfortable and confident before and after my surgery. I wish he could be my primary doctor. I would recommend him to any and everyone.
Performed surgery on my son's mother in law and with God's help saved her life when it seemed impossible that she could live. The entire extended family has complete confidence in his excellence as a physician and a surgeon.
Excellent surgeon with a great bedside manner. No surprises. No one wants to have surgery, but if surgery is required, Dr. Koonce would be my choice again. Entire office is very friendly and accommodating.
