Working with Katie has been such a relief! Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is very responsive and patient with questions. I have recommended her services to others already and will continue to do so.
Though there are moments of spontaneous song within the office, Katie Roth is the most professional agent that I have ever met. And her name is Katie. Not Katherine, Kathryn, or Catherine... JUST Katie. Anyways, she had our policies within a few minutes and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend her service to everyone - especially if they like hot pockets.
