Quiet, dark, wooded, but all longterm residents here with many mobile homes. Not crowded. Only a couple of empty spots for rvs and the two we were offered each had a steep angle. One was deemed a pull through but had a 180 degree turn to go out forward, and limbs to low in the turn. I had to back out and dragged gravel with rear hitch. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights while passing through Graham area to see family. I cant recommend this place.
