Clean, efficient maintenance on our A/C.
Efficiently installed ductless AC unit.
Installed thermostat promptly and properly.
Previously, I had to wait over a week for another company just to get back to me with a quote, but this time the technician coordinated promptly with building management and completed the A/C maintenance in under two hours. He explained that a clogged filter was hindering performance and took care of it on the spot.
Compared to another quote I received which detailed a full system replacement, they approached the job with more flexibility and managed to dismantle the A/C unit for servicing without disrupting any of the surrounding ductwork. Although it took most of the afternoon, the technician took care to document each step, which will be helpful for future maintenance.
